Virginia DBHDS RFP # 720C-04330-12D00 Seeking A Web-Based Discharge Data Management System For State Training Center Residents

On October 1, 2012, CoCENTRIX, Inc. started a $100,000, one-year contract to provide web-based discharge data system services to the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS). The contract runs through September 30, 2013, followed by four one-year renewal periods. DBHDS is transitioning training center residents to community placements in response to the states settlement with the federal Department of Justice (DOJ), approved in July 2012. The CoCENTRIX software will track these individuals to ensure that process and community based services meet the DOJ requirements.
