Families and Youth, New Mexico Attorney General Investigative Report

In this Medicaid fraud investigation report released in late January 2016, the New Mexico Attorney General said it found no evidence of a pattern of criminal fraud, but it did find overbilling and regulatory violations. The organization was among 15 behavioral health provider organizations accused of fraud in June 2013. The Attorney General's office cleared the fraud allegation, and returned the case to the New Mexico Human Services Department (HSD) for administrative follow-up to recoup overpayments . . .
