This document is a request for proposals released January 30, 2015, seeking bids for the Florida Healthy Kids subsidized ChildrenÂ’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) plans. Proposals were due by March 2, 2015. On June 11, 2015, the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation (FHKC) Board of Directors announced it had awarded four Healthy Kids contracts for subsidized ChildrenÂ’s Health Insurance Program plans and one contract for a CHIP plan for families ineligible for subsidized coverage.
