Final Report Of The Governor’s Commission On Youth, Public Safety And Justice: Recommendations For Juvenile Justice Reform In New York State
The report was submitted in January 2015 to New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo by the Governor's Commission On Youth, Public Safety And Justice. The commission was formed in April 2014 by an executive order and charged with developing a concrete plan to raise the age of juvenile justice jurisdiction and to make other recommendations as to how the states juvenile and criminal justice systems could better serve youth, improve outcomes, and protect communities.
