Pennsylvania DPW Letter To Former Financial Management Providers RE: Delay In Paying HCBS Direct Care Workers

The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare informed its former financial management service providers that they were responsible for paying direct care workers providing services before January 1, 2013, to people enrolled in the state's home and community-based services waivers.  DPW recently consolidated its financial management services contracts from 37 to a single contract with Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL).
