CMS Approval Notice To Florida For 1915c HCBS Medicaid Waiver

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved Florida's 1915(c) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver for for individuals who are aged 65 and older and for individuals with physical disabilities from ages 18 through 64 years old. The CMS also approved Florida's initial 1915 (b) program. These waivers are effective for the three year period beginning July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2016 and operate concurrently.
