Centers For Medicare & Medicaid Services Final Approval Of Tennessee Home & Community-Based Services Statewide Transition Plan
On November 13, 2015, the TennesseeÂ’'s State Medicaid Agency (SMA), Bureau of TennCare (TennCare) submitted this amended statewide transition plan in accordance with requirements set forth in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) home and community-based services (HCBS) settings rule released on January 16, 2014.
