Oregon 2022-2027 HRSN Services Protocol Approval

On February 1, 2024, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued this approval for the Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) Services Protocol as an attachment to the special terms and conditions (STCs) for Oregon’s section 1115 demonstration project entitled, “Oregon Health Plan (OHP),” effective through September 30, 2027. This approval is conditioned upon compliance with the previously approved STCs, which set forth in detail the nature, character, and extent of anticipated federal involvement in the project.
