Draft Criteria to Certify Community Behavioral Health Clinics

On January 29, 2015, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) released draft certification criteria for certified community behavioral health clinics (CCBHCs) in preparation for a two-year Medicaid pilot program slated to begin in 2018. SAMHSA accepted comment on the draft criteria through February 18, 2015, and plans to release the final criteria during the spring of 2015.
