West Virginia RFP AFA 13-2016-SA Re-Release Peer Coach Services Targeting Region: Statewide

The RFP, AFA 13-2016-SA, was released on February 2, 2016, with proposals due by March 4. Funding announcements are anticipated by March 15. Maximum funding is $750,000.
