B.K. v. McKay
This lawsuit was filed February 3, 2015, against the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS), and the Arizona Department of Health Services. The plaintiffs allege that Arizona’s child welfare system has failed to protect maltreated children from further physical and emotional harm and unreasonable risk of harm while in the state’s care.
