Begin at Home A Housing First Pilot Project for Chronically Homeless Single Adults: One Year Outcomes
October 15, 2007 The report presents one-year outcomes for "Begin at Home" (BAH), an assistance program in Seattle, Washington, that places homeless individuals in permanent homes with vital medical, mental health, and other support services instead of requiring them to first stop drinking or taking drugs to earn their shelter.
