Federal Government Announces Head Start and/or Early Head Start Grant Funding – Washington, D.C.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Head Start announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Head Start and/or Early Head Start Grant. The purpose of this grant is to provide a high-quality, comprehensive birth- to-five program incorporating both Head Start and Early Head Start funding, or to provide for Head Start only or Early Head Start only, in the identified region. Proposals are due May 2, 2013.
