CMS Memo: End Of Moratorium On Authority To Terminate Medicare Advantage Organization Contracts Based On Low Star Ratings

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) sent this memorandum to all Medicare Advantage Part C and Part D plan sponsors on February 6, 2019.
