The state of Florida's Office of Inspector General (OIG) submitted this management review on February 7, 2019. The management review came in response to a written complaint from a Miami-Dade Community-Based Care (CBC) Alliance board member that outlined concerns regarding the bidding process for lead CBC agency in the state's southern region.
