The City of Boise & Idaho Housing and Finance Association Request For Proposals For A Permanent Supportive Housing Project

On February 9, 2016, the City of Boise and the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA), members of the Roundtable on Housing and Homelessness, launched a “Housing First” initiative to create up to 40 new units of permanent supportive housing for people experiencing chronic homelessness. The initiative has two projects; one is a scattered site’ Housing First project, which could provide up to 15 units, as early as the summer of 2016.
