Missouri Division Of Developmental Disability Services Partnership For Hope Waiver Application To Expand Geographic Area

The Missouri Division of Developmental Disability Services launched the Partnership for Hope Waiver in October 1, 2010. It is a county-based waiver that is a result of a partnership of the Missouri Association of County Developmental Disabilities Services, the Division of Developmental Disabilities, and the Missouri Medicaid (the MO HealthNet Division).
