HHS Health Insurance Marketplace Enrollment Report For October 1, 2013 Through February 1, 2014

The federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning & Evaluation (ASPE) reported enrollment statistics for October 1, 2013 when state-based and federally-facilitated Marketplace enrollment opened, through February 1, 2014. HHS reports the data monthly. The report includes the number of applications, enrollments, and Medicaid eligibility assessments and determinations. For the first time, this report also includes information on the type of plans selected (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Catastrophic).
