In this summary released in February 2015, the Ohio Governor's Office of Health Transformation described an Ohio Medicaid initiative to shift its policies for most of its home and community-based services (HCBS) waivers to only reimburse for services delivered by a professional affiliated with a provider organization. The new policy will not apply to self-directed waivers.
