Connecticut Department Of Children & Families RFP Social Impact Bond Project to Target Families Involved in Child Protective Services and Impacted by Substance Use

On February 16, 2016, the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) announced it was preparing to launch a Pay for Success (PFS) project called the “Connecticut Family Stability Project” to promote family stability and reduce parental substance use for DCF-involved families.
