Memory Disorder Clinics of Florida 2013 Year End Summary

This document released by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs presents the performance and activities of the state's 15 memory disorder clinics during 2013. The clinics conducted 7,640 medical memory evaluations and provided more than 10,000 office visits. Memory clinic staff conducted 1,122 free memory screenings, and made 17,412 referrals to medical or community services for memory clinic patients and families.
