On February 16, 2013, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts published its proposal to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for integration of care for dual eligible individuals. The proposal includes sections providing background and information on care model; stakeholder engagement and beneficiary protections; financing and payment; expected outcomes; infrastructure and implementation; feasibility and sustainability; and additional documentation.
