State of Iowa Medicaid RFP# MED-16-009 Iowa High Quality Healthcare Initiative: Scope of Work

The Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) is planning to move nearly all Medicaid populations and services to managed care plans by January 1, 2016. DHS released a request for proposals (RFP) on February 16, 2015, that outlines its plans and the timeline.
