Texas DFPS Presentation: Improving Child/Youth Placement Outcomes; A System Redesign

In February 2011, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services has released a presentation report on an overall system redesign plan. The report includes recommendations on the system redesign plan. In June 2011, the govenor directed DFPS to proceed with Foster Care Redeisng according to recommendations in the Foster Care Redesign Report.
