Driving for Quality in Long-Term Care: A Board of Directors Dashboard Government-Industry Roundtable

January 2008 This report presents the results of a December 6, 2007, meeting for members of the long-term care industry that was hosted by the Health Care Compliance Association and the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) of the federal Department of Health and Human Services. The attendees discussed ways to improve boards of directors oversight of quality of care provided in long-term care facilities, but were not charged with reaching a consensus.
