On February 22, 2012, LA Care presented a response to California's Dual Eligible Demonstration for Request. LA Care and Health Net both submitted proposals to offer a collaborative Two-Plan Model solution for dual eligibles throughout all of Los Angeles County. Both LA Care and Healthnet were awarded contracts.
