On February 22, 2012, Healthnet presented a response to California's Dual Eligible Demonstration for Request. LA Care and Health Net both submitted proposals to offer a collaborative Two-Plan Model solution for dual eligibles throughout all of Los Angeles County. Healthnet and LA Care were both awarded contracts.
