The California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) released the report on February 24, 2015. The DMHC conducted a medical records review of the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. Behavioral Health Services to determine if the health plan had corrected four violations of the state's timely appointment access regulations that DMHC identified in a 2013 review.
