Dallas County Commissioners Court Briefing February 24 2015: Parkland Memorial Hospital Proposal to Sublease of Real Property for Nursing Facility UPL Program
On February 24, 2015, the Dallas County Commissioners Court approved leases between the countys Parkland Memorial Hospital and 12 nursing homes. Parkland is participating in the Texas Medicaid Nursing Home Upper Payment Limit program, established in 2012. The program allows non-state-government owned nursing facilities serving Texas Medicaid beneficiaries to receive supplemental payments to close the difference between Medicaid and Medicare rates.
