This report by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) was released in February 2015. The GAO was asked to examine coverage and costs to consumers in selected Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) plans and private qualified health plans (QHPs) in selected states. The GAO selected five selected states, and for each state reviewed coverage and costs for one CHIP plan and one QHP, and where applicable, one stand-alone dental plan.
