Maryland Department Of Human Resources Title IV-E Child Welfare Waiver Demonstration Project Application For Federal Fiscal Year 2014

On September 30, 2014, the Maryland Department of Human Resources (DHR) announced that the federal Administration for Children and Families (ACF) had approved the state’s $650 million Title IV-E waiver demonstration project. DHR intends to launch four new programs for at-risk families, including Family Connections, Homebuilders, SafeCare, and Functional Family Therapy (FFT).
