February 27, 2006 Florida AHCA RFP 0608  The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a vendor to provide high quality mental health care services to Medicaid recipients in AHCA areas 2 and 3 not enrolled in a Medicaid Health Management Organization. The RFP specifies that the services will be provided through a prepaid, capitated arrangement.
