Georgia-Alabama Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children Agreement, First Amendment

It amends the Georgia-Alabama Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) to allow more counties to participate in a pilot project in February 2014 between Alabama and Georgia counties on the border between the two states.
