New Hampshire Medicaid Balancing Incentives Grant Award Notice

On March 1, 2012, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services awarded the state of New Hampshire the nation's first State Balancing Incentive Payment Program grant under the Affordable Care Act. The funds will be used to increase access to non-institutionally based long-term care services. The period of performance is April 1, 2012 through September 30, 2015.
