2012-2013 New York State Executive Budget Provisions Related To Mental Hygiene

The Executive Budget proposals result in mental hygiene system funding of $8.2 billion in 212-13, an annual spending increase of $85 million, or one percent. The funding is for services provided primarily through the Office of Mental Health (OMH), the Office for Persons With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), and the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).
