Letter From DHCS Regarding Sacramento & Solano Counties Obligation To Provide SMHS

On March 1, 2023, the California Department of Health Care Services published this letter regarding Sacramento and Solano Counties' obligation to provide Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) benefits from Kaiser Permanente to the county Mental Health Plan (MHP).
