On March 2, 2022, the Arkansas Department of Human Services (AR DHS) published this application for provider organizations to participate in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Section 9817 Workforce Stabilization Provider Incentive Program. application is intended for eligible providers that choose to participate in Phase 1 of the Arkansas Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Spending Plan.
