Grady Health System Resolution Authorizing the Creation of a 501(C)(3) Corporation & the Preparation of a Lease Agreement & a Funding Agreement

November 26, 2007 This resolution - submitted by the Fulton-Dekalb Hospital Authority (FDHA) and approved by the Dekalb County Board of Commissioners in Georgia - leases the Grady Health System operations and management to a new nonprofit organization, the Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation (GMHC).
