On March 5, 2012, the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) submitted a renewal for its Medicaid home- and community-based services (HCBS) waivers, which also will affect those operated by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). DPWÂ’s current HCBS Medicaid waiver expires June 30, 2012.
