Army Task Force on Behavioral Health Corrective Action Plan

In March 2013, the U.S. Department of the Army released the Army Task Force on Behavioral Health's (ATFBH)'s comprehensive review and corrective action plan (CAP) that addresses how to rectify identified systemic breakdowns or concerns in the Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) affecting the diagnosis and evaluation of behavioral health (BH) conditions, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). To create the report, the ATFBH conducted an extensive literature review of investigations, reports, and other policy documents pertaining to behavioral health and the IDES.
