Leadership with the Michigan Department of Community Health described the fiscal year 2013 vision for behavioral health and developmental disability services. The presentation included historical data on people served through the system during fiscal year 2011. The state is in the process of seeking to implement an integrated care demonstration project for people eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. The presentation describes the fiscal year 2013 budget assumptions  and need to simplify the current system for the integrated care demonstration.
