Georgia Senate Bill 349 Of 2014, An Act To Change The Powers & Duties Of The Department Of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities
On March 10, 2014, the Georgia legislature adopted a measure to impose performance requirements and governance changes on the state's 26 community behavioral health service boards (CSBs). The CSBs are local authorities that manage state funding for behavioral health and developmental disability services.
