In this report released March 11, 2016, researchers with the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) analyzed statistics collected as part of the 2011-2012 National Survey of Children’s Health, which has parent-reported data for more than 35,000 children between the ages of 2 and 8.
