Maricopa County Arizona Solicitation Amendment

February 2006 Maricopa County Arizona Solicitation Amendment Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) postponed the contract start date of the Maricopa County Managed Behavioral Health Care procurement (RFP HP63209) from July 1, 2007, to September 1, 2007. The solicitation amendment came just ten days before proposals were due on March 12, 2007. The amendment to RFP HP63209 posted in Solicitation Amendment No. 4, notified bidders of other date changes that will be relevant to the selected contractor. Key changes include: Business Continuity and Recovery Plan will be due to ADHS for review by September 10, 2007, for every following year . . .
