Florida Board Of Medicine Final Rule 64B8-9.0141 Standards for Telemedicine Practice

Florida’s rules on telemedicine have not been amended since 2003. In 2013, the Florida Board of Medicine convened a Telemedicine Workgroup to review its rules on telemedicine to consider how the rules should change to account for remote robotic surgery and video conferencing.
