Iowa First Judicial District Juvenile Court Services RFP 2013-01-01 Seeking Functional Family Therapy

Iowa's First Judicial District Juvenile Court Services sought a contractor to provide functional family therapy services for youth ages 10 to 18 years in 11 Iowa counties under a one-year contract with five one-year renewal options. The program targets youth who are at risk for and/or presenting with delinquency, violence, substance abuse, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, or disruptive behaviors disorder. A mandatory letter of intent to bid was due March 21, 2012. Four Oaks submitted the only proposal and was awarded the contract.
