The Ohio Region 5 County Collaborative Project & Application To The Ohio Health Transformation Innovation Fund Regarding Shared AdministrativeServices For Developmental Disability Services

The Mid East Ohio Regional Council of Government (MEORC) submitted the application seeking funding to develop a shared data system for county boards of developmental disability. MEORC is partnering with 18 counties in the Ohio Region V County Collaborative on a project to implement a new information technology system named “Imagine,” which is an enhanced individual data system that will enable the counties to share administrative activities and standardize person-centered planning practices for people in the developmental disabilities system.
