New Hampshire Children’s Behavioral Health System Of Care Strategic Plan

The New Hampshire Children’s Behavioral Health Collaborative plan for creating a children’s system of care will replace New Hampshire’s fragmented system for helping children with mental health and addiction disorders access treatment services. The children’s behavioral health system of care will be for all children, not just those who are eligible for Medicaid. The plan recommends strategies for financing and integrating current services for the approximately 10,000 children and youth served annually through the state’s specialty mental health system and the unknown number of privately insured children.
