2016 Connecticut Child & Family Services Review

On March 15, 2017, the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released this final report on their 2016 Connecticut Child and Family Services review (CFSR). The CSFR report assesses state performance on seven child and family outcome measures and seven systemic factors. The CFSR allows the Children's Bureau to: ensure conformity with certain federal child welfare requirements; determine what is actually happening to children and families as they are engaged in child welfare services; and assist states in enhancing their capacity to help children and families achieve positive outcomes . . .
