In this report released March 17, 2016, the Office of the District of Columbia Auditor reviewed the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS) oversight of its contract expenses. The auditor advised DYRS of weaknesses related to contracts managed by the D.C Children and Youth Investment Trust Corporation (DC Trust).
